Cancellation Policy

7 Day rescheduling policy applies to all bookings. If you do wish to rearrange within the 7 day period please call us as soon as possible so we can try to assist you. We request participants arrive 15 minutes before their flight time in order to allow time for booking in and briefing. Late arrivals will lose part of their session and customers arriving more than 50% of their experience time late will lose their session completely. Late cancellations and "no shows" are not refundable. Photo ID required for everyone over the age of 18 who will be entering the simulator. We may not ask you to show ID but failure to bring photo ID may result in the session being lost without refund. Pilots may bring 1 spectator with them to watch the experience at no extra charge. If you are flying our 737 then up to 3 additional spectators may accompany (pilot plus 4 spectators in total) at £10 per spectator . For bookings in our Seneca simulator only one additional spectator may accompany (pilot plus 2 spectators in total) due to the small size of the aircraft. Children under the age of 10 and disabled guests are unfortunately not permitted access to site at all due to insurance reasons. We are located on a private estate and so, as a courtesy to the owners, please drive slowly along the driveway and do not walk around the property.
