COVID-19  UPDATE 03/06/2020

DUE TO THE CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC, WE ARE PRESENTLY CLOSED.

 

In the weeks leading up to 20/3/2020  we took all possible precautions to ensure that our simulators could remain open and a safe environment for our customers to visit.

 

On 20/3/2020, as a result of the worsening situation, we took the decision to temporarily close our doors with immediate effect.  

 

 Your safety is and always will be our top priority.  We do not want to be in a position where we might contribute in any way to the spread of this virus.

Session Postponements

Those of you who had sessions booked between 20/3/2020 and 31/7/2020 will have already heard  from us directly via email in relation to the postponement of your session.  If you have not received an email then please do not travel to your session.

 

Re-Opening

We are hoping to begin a phased reopening from August 1st 2020 but this will, of course, be dependent on Government directives and the situation at that time.  Keep checking back here for further updates.  Prior to reopening we will be publishing the new procedures we are presently testing in order to ensure we can provide a safe environment for our customers and staff.

 

Booking Sessions

Our online booking system is active and accepting bookings from August 1st 2020 onwards.  Please book your session here 

 

 Please bear in mind that all sessions are presently subject to postponement if our reopening is delayed due to the virus and/or Government directives.

 

Voucher Extensions

For any customer who may be concerned about their voucher running out, please do not worry.  With effect from 20/3/2020 we have automatically applied a 6 month extension to ALL our vouchers.  This applies to vouchers purchased from ourselves AND from our voucher partners  (these must be redeemed with us to qualify).  These extensions have been applied in addition to any other extension already granted either by ourselves or by the voucher sites.  You do not need to contact us in order to apply for the extension, it has already been done for all of our customers.

 

If matters do not improve over the coming months, we will be applying further extensions.  Please rest assured that none of our customers will be unable to attend in the future due to a voucher expiring whilst this crisis continues.

Voucher Purchases & Supporting our NHS

Vouchers may still be purchased via this website and will be valid for 24 months, instead of our usual 12 months.  During this period we are donating 50% of the proceeds of all voucher sales to charities supporting our NHS workers and their families. Please help us in this effort by considering the purchase of a voucher. Our vouchers make a wonderful gift either for you or for someone you know and will be the ideal way to look forward to the brighter future which lies ahead.  You can purchase a voucher here
