You must visit us and take your experience by the expiry date on your voucher, not just book it.

SATURDAY BOOKINGS:

Our Saturday slots are in high demand and are released exclusively through this booking system at 8:30 AM on the 1st of each month for the following month's Saturdays. Saturday bookings must be placed via this system. For example, March 2026 Saturday appointments become available on February 1st at 8:30 AM.

We also offer a VIP pre booking option, at £25 per voucher, which enables customers to book a Saturday in advance of them going on general availability on the 1st of each month.  Please contact our reception team, if you wish to take this option.  As these slots are particularly popular, they are allocated strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.  Please note that we cannot guarantee what, if any, any slots will remain available after the VIP customers have booked their Saturdays.
