PLEASE NOTE:

You must visit us and take your experience by the expiry date on your voucher, not just book it.

We are one of the most popular and busy flight simulator centres in the UK.  This means that we do get booked up some time in advance. For this reason please ensure that you make your booking at least 3 months before the expiry date in order to guarantee a time slot.  If you are inside the last 3 months of your voucher and cannot find a time to visit before the expiry date, please contact our reception team on 0330 124 8777 or via email bookings@virtualflightexperience.co.uk so that we can assist you.

SATURDAY BOOKINGS

Due to overwhelming demand for Saturday bookings, we release our Saturday availability one month at a time in order to give everyone a chance of securing a Saturday slot.  One Saturday session may be booked per customer or group. Our next release date for Saturday bookings will at 08.30 on May 1st 2024, when the Saturday availability for June 2024 will be released.  All Saturday bookings are made via this web service only and are on a first come first served basis.
